With a background in Luxury Client Development, Sales & Brand Partnerships, and Learning & Development, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on experience. Her work is grounded in training and coaching practices, delivered in collaboration with a trusted network of international partners—whether in person or virtually.
Beyond strategy and training, Liz is passionate about curating exclusive events, helping brands build meaningful partnerships, reach new audiences, and elevate brand visibility.
She has partnered with top 50 high-luxury brands, high-street retailers, and innovative start-ups to design customer retention and growth strategies and frameworks that truly resonate—driving measurable commercial impact.
At the heart of Liz’s approach is her ability to co-create simple, actionable plans with teams, reinforced by coaching techniques that embed client-centric behaviours long after the project ends.
